General
- The house plans
provided by Xplan are
produced strictly for guidance and or planning purposes only.
- Xplan reserves
the sole right to amend the house plans at any given time
- Xplan reserves
the sole right to sell, market or trade the plans as provided
- The rights to
all plans, drawings
and
images are reserved by Xplan
- By purchasing
these plans, it is
hereby
understood that these plans are supplied under a single use license
only and multiple use is strictly prohibited.
- Xplan bears
no responsibility to supply any further drawings, plans or other
documents.
- Xplan reserves
the right to charge a reasonable fee further changes or
amendments to the plans, are requested by the customer
- Xplan bears
no responsibility that the plans, when constructed, shall comply
with Building Regulations.
- The customer
means the person who
ordered the plans from Xplan
- By ordering the
plans and drawings
on
this website, the customer is bound by the terms and conditions, as
described by this website
- Xplan is
a trading name of Lane
Planning &
Design (www.lpd.ie)
Purchase
- Xplan will
deliver all house plans via E-mail, upon receipt of the agreed
payment to Xplan
- No
plans
shall be delivered until all payments have been made in full.
- Payments
shall be made by secure payment via Paypal or
by Bank Transfer, or by Cheque by payable
to Lane
Planning
& Design, 34 Garden Village Crescent, Kilpedder,
County
Wicklow, Ireland
- Xplan shall
charge the customer the total amount calculated on
the online
order form. All amounts are in Euro.
- All
prices
indicated are exclusive of VAT @ 23%
- Purchasing
through this site is protected through the use of Paypal
- Xplan will
store your order details but will not retain credit
card
details.
- If
you have
any comments or complains regarding your transaction please contact us

- Allow
a
minimum of 5 working days to receive your order. (Longer over holiday
periods)

plans can be amended to suit your specific requirements |

Returns Policy
Xplan have
the following returns and cancellations policy:
- Orders can only
be cancelled within
48
hours of receipt of payment.
- A processing fee
of €50.00
will be
applied to all refunds and balance transfers.
- Account balances
may be credited
to
another house plan type, providing the original order has not been
completed
- Once purchased
and after the 48
hours
have elapsed, plans may not be returned and no refunds shall be given

- Potential

plans having regard to the suitability for your
chosen site.
