How it Works
Step 1

Choose your House Plan and or Garage Plan
Place your order via Paypal
Or pay by Bank Transfer, or by Cheque

You will receive, via E-mail the following in PDF format

Ground Floor Plan
First Floor Plan (if applicable)
Front Elevation
Rear Elevation
Side Elevations (2)
Cross Section

All drawings are A3 in size, to a scale of 1:50, 1:100 or 1:200 and are fully dimensioned.
Measurements are metric (millimetres or metres)
You will receive an E-mail from Xplan with an attachment with your house plans.

Note

All prices stated are exclusive of VAT @ 23%
Please allow 5 working days to receive your order
Your Name/s, the Site Address, the North Point and basic construction details will all be detailed on the drawings (Please remember to supply us with this information

Step 2 - Making Changes

Changes-Amendments (1)
Contact Xplan with a detailed list of the required changes or amendments.
You will receive a detailed quotation for the additional work required

Possible changes include:

Add or remove roof windows
Add or remove solar panels
Add or remove a chimney
Add or remove a sun-room or conservatory
Add or remove a porch
Add or remove windows or doors
Increase or decrease the footprint
Mirror or rotate the plans
Add additional construction details to the floor plan/s
Other changes to the Floor Plan/s
Add additional construction details to the elevations
Other changes to the Elevations

Note

All changes / amendments are charged at a rate of €35.00 per hour excluding Value Added Tax (@ 23%)
Please allow a minimum of 15 working days to receive your order. (longer over holiday periods)

All plans can be amended to suit your specific requirements.

Our local architect gave us a quote of €1250 to design a 4 bed 200 m2 house.

Step 2 - Making Changes

Purchase the CAD version (DWG format) and have the required changes made your-self.

Note

The CAD version of all plans are only €95.00 (including taxes)
The CAD version can only be purchased as an optional extra
Please allow 5 working days to receive your order. (longer over holiday periods)
Autocad (or other similar programmes) are required to amend the cad version of the drawings
Autocad files can be up to 5 mb in size
